  First time they told me I couldn't order a box deal because they are sold out. What a joke, so I spent twice as much to get half the amount of food I normally get.

  Ordered online and chose to pick it up at the pickup spot next to the counter. I then waited half an hour for my food after getting there just to find out it was done the whole time, but instead of it being at the counter with all the other mobile orders it was on a shelf in the back of the kitchen. The employee said "we just put the orders there sometimes". WHY??? How about when someone orders their food to be picked up at the counter you just put the order on the counter EVERY TIME

  This lowell indiana taco bell sucks and stinks badly when you dine in a foul odor sitting down dining in its dirty in there the food is bland terrible service I had to wait like 30 minutes for my food sorry to say any they get a 1 star review from me ive been to cleaner better taco bells than this location someone needs to contact the lake county health drpt on this placevthatvodor was bad I was sitting in the tables eating my taco and it smelt like someone stepped in dog poop or human waste the floor mats looked like someone came in from stepped in human poop or dog poop I barely could enjoy my food and everything was like mush thevtaco was very bland poorly managed taco bell as well not cleaning the dining room not able to smell the foul odors I will never return to this taco bell location ever again and I'd recommend to others to not go here unless you possibly get good poisoning or get sick from not being clean the floors were dirty I'd hate to go in the restrooms to see how nasty they were the tables weren't wiped too yuck they need a gine

  There was no Baja blast, not only that but most of the fountain drinks were out. They were gatekeeping the nacho fries and my quesadilla was not cut so now it takes 2 hands to eat it. Expensive for what…other then that the workers were really kind and the food taste good:)

  Well....30 min wait tonight. Just please corporate tell me what this is? Spent $9.18....this is like one solid chunk of ice cold somthing idk what.....im lost on this one. Clearly did not eat. This stuff is not even meat texture its like sand. Im at a loss here........straight up dry and cold.....i am at a loss what im seeing all i know it is the texture of sand.....its not beans or meat and not willing to taste it to identify...yeah this one is a call to corporate
