  The sandwiches are fine Jimmy John’s sandwiches. One time they forgot my meat but otherwise they tend to be okay. The problem is the service. My goodness what is the problem? I’ll order delivery and it will take an hour or more and I’m not that far from the place. If I place a pickup order it will be a half hour to 45 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. If I go through the drive through I’m waiting 10 to 20 minutes. It’s not like I’m going/ordering during the lunch rush either. For a place whose slogan is “Freaky Fast” I sure do find myself waiting forever.

  Everytime it’s messed up, or takes an hour for delivery. Today I chose to grab it on the way home. Ordered the #13 Jimmy Cubano. Bacon, ham, provolone, Dijon mustard, mayo and sliced pickles. So. Why is there lettuce on it? It’ll be awhile before I am back Lowell JJ….

  I usually don't have an issue with this location except one. However, today I get to the drive thru window they have sandwich in hand holding a group conversation. I waited patiently until they gave me my sandwich. However, it clearly states cut in half. I ask for this specifically every order and it never gets done. Why have the option if your not going to honor it. I am a truck driver and I like to eat my half separately in between loads.

  Been sitting waiting to order for at least ten minutes. My daughter warned me of their slowness and now I see first hand. Someone asks me to wait when trying to place an order through the drive thru and I’ve been sitting ever since.
