- DLDana LSep 28, 20261.0I received the wrong order but thought "whatever, food is food" so ate it anyway, but then about 30 minutes later, the driver came BACK to the house and rang the doorbell until I answered and was asking for the order back so she could take it to the correct house...? She should've known better, you can't re-deliver food that has already been dropped off and inside of someone else's home? Isn't that a health code violation? She sounded disappointed that she had to go back to the store and get a whole new order.... What? Yeah, that's what happens when you do your job wrong-- you have to redo it. How disgusting to think that if I hadn't eaten the food, she would've taken it to the other house. Makes me wonder where my food has been whenever I order delivery.

- AFAndrew FlockhartSep 4, 20261.0I went to Jimmy John’s and sat at the drive thru for like 10 minutes and no one said anything so I pulled around and came in and the lady immediately takes the order of the car that came into the drive through as I walked in then slowly walks around then asks if I’ve been helped and I said no then she goes back to the drive through computer and starts taking more orders… I waited at the counter another 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. There were 6 employees in the store at the time.
