    We got the cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was delicious. The Parmesan garlic bread bites are a must order. They are amazing and delicious. When we pick up our order the bread bites never make it home because we finish them before we get home

    If I could rate zero stars I would. Delivery time said 40-62 minutes I waited almost 2 hours for my pizza, received the wrong pizza, the delivery driver fell off of my porch, and waited almost 2 hours again for a replacement pizza that never came. Order better pizza from elsewhere 🥴

    John, the General Manager, took very good care of my sister and I after explaining to him the horrendous experiences we had at the new DeMotte location. Our pizza was perfectly made and our order was correct.

    I have not ordered from this location since November 9, 2025. I chose to withhold reviewing immediately because I legitimately felt bad for the restaurant. Maybe I just have Stockholm syndrome, who knows, but because parking at the Lowell location is actually a joke, I prefer not to carry out - not that it matters because every time I went to pick up a carry out order, I had to wait at least another 20 minutes. So I would typically choose to have it delivered instead. Something was always missing or wrong irrespective of the method used to obtain the food, and I would just deal with it. There was one time specifically that they failed to deliver a vegetarian pizza and when I called the location, not only did I have to wait 15 minutes to speak to someone, I spoke with the delivery driver that just delivered the wrong thing. When informed of the mistake, they apologized, said they would remake it and redeliver right away at no charge. Hard to stay mad at that - except they delivered the original pizza that they found, stone cold, to me instead. Not sure how that got greenlit, but I was upset. The employees have always been apologetic and polite, but for some reason the restaurant struggles to keep up with orders and get them out the door. I never received my order on November 9. I ordered slightly after 5 PM for a delivery window of approximately 30 - 60 minutes. I thought “Fine” because these wait times are for some reason normal at this location (though definitely not others - not sure why that would be the case). 60 minutes became 90 minutes. The tracker did not budge. After two hours, the tracker showed that the pizza had been loaded in a delivery vehicle, and there it sat - for another 45 minutes. I left and picked up McDonalds (yet another mistake in Lowell) and after finally eating a meal, I called the restaurant. I asked what could have been causing such a long delay in delivery, and I was informed by the manager that she had one delivery driver and that they had broken their glasses, and therefore couldn’t drive. A phone call would have been appreciated to inform me of the delay rather than keeping me guessing, but I’m understanding of the plight. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order and the manager agreed, and that was the end of it. I was very disappointed, and as I had mentioned above, I never returned to this location after. I had considered it today except I saw that carry out times were over 30 minutes and delivery times were over 60 minutes, so I spent my money elsewhere instead. Seems like some things just don’t change, unfortunately. This location clearly needs some help, and I hope they get it. Until such a time, though, I won’t be coming back. I would advise that you do the same - save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and take the weird 5 star positive reviews with a grain of salt. For what it’s worth, I frequently order from a different location in IL that doesn’t have any of these issues. They’re awesome. But this location isn’t.

    I ordered pizza today and, unfortunately, had a disappointing delivery experience. Every other time I’ve ordered, I have had no issues. I live in an apartment, and drivers have always called to let me know they are downstairs, especially since I pay with a debit card and normally have to sign for the order. This time, I paid with my debit card, but I never received a call or notification. After waiting about an hour, I went downstairs because I had called Domino’s and was told the driver should be there any minute. To my surprise, my pizza had been left outside on the front steps. I did call and make a complaint, and I was told there were new drivers. While I understand people are learning, that is still not an excuse to leave someone’s food outside without calling or making sure it was received. I have always had good experiences before, but this delivery was very disappointing.
