Waited 30min. People got their food after me. Asked them about it after waiting and they didn't even start it. Trash cans were in way of door.

Food wasn’t made incorrect but the fries were definitely disgusting didn’t even want to eat them due to the old grease they’re using and you can tell just by the color of the fries. we waited in the lobby for our food and watched multiple customers orders being remade due to them messing something up and i originally placed my order at the kiosk but paid in cash so i went to the counter and asked for 2x ex dipping cups of sauce she acknowledged me but never rung it up that’s just bad service on her part

Please please please dont come here on top of paying the crazy prices for very low quality food if you come in the afternoon or night expect your order to be late, missing items, and to spend a minimum of a half an hour in your car waiting. Why anyone would pay 20 dollars for 3 sandwiches and fries and wait a 30 minute wait using curbside is beyond me . While waiting to see about a refund i placed an online order at taco bell and it was ready as i got to there window. Wont be wasting my time or money at Loogootee Mcdonalds again.

This place needs shut down. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to go a few times because I thought maybe it was a bad day for them. Well everyday is a bad day I guess. They never change the fryer oil so your fries/hash browns taste like dirty oil the food even comes out brown looking. Ran by a bunch of teenagers. A lady dressed in regular clothes with a baby on her hip was running the cash register. Can never get the food right you always have to go back and tell them what you’re missing or what they’ve made wrong and when you do the “manager” says “what did they do wrong this time” they make you pull around and wait for your food that isn’t even right you still have to go in and get what you order absolutely ridiculous. Honestly sad.

I’d like to raise awareness about how extremely loud the music was in the bathroom. I live with hemiplegic migraine, a rare and disabling form of migraine that can cause temporary neurological symptoms such as one-sided weakness or numbness, difficulty speaking, vision changes, dizziness, and severe sensitivity to light and sound. For people with migraine disorders, loud or sudden music can be more than simply uncomfortable. Intense sound can trigger or significantly worsen a migraine attack, causing severe nausea and, in some cases, vomiting. During an attack, sensory stimulation can become extremely difficult to tolerate. I understand that music can create a certain atmosphere, but I hope the volume can be kept at a reasonable level and that consideration can be given to people with neurological conditions and sensory sensitivities. Small adjustments can make a significant difference for someone who is already vulnerable to a debilitating migraine attack. Thank you for understanding and helping make the environment more comfortable and accessible for everyone.
