- TTTrishaJun 7, 20262.0I went in the morning on a Sunday 6/7/26 and used drive thru. The girl working drive thru didn’t even hv on a Dunkin uniform, there was a kid running around about 3-4 years old, there was another Dunkin employee eating a sandwich in clear view of the window, literally standing behind the drive thru worker. She then put her sandwich down, grabbed what seemed to be mobile order drinks & bags and put them on a shelf. How absolutely unsanitary and unprofessional. Is there a mgr or shift leader, why was all this allowed? The drive thru worker was super nice, but wow!!! I don’t think I’ll visit this location ever again after what I saw, this is peoples FOOD! If an employee wants to eat, it should be in a designated area.

Literally the entire box has chocolate smeared somewhere, I guess I could have asked for napkins but at that point we both clearly see it. As well as one of the sprinkle donuts is supposed to be vanilla, the other strawberry. Not sure which is which due to the melted frosting.
- MDMark DickisonMar 15, 20262.0DD used to be a doughnut shop. They transitioned many years ago and are primarily a coffee shop now. Sad. This store has a very very small selection of doughnuts. Coffee was extremely weak(not normal) and the two lunch stick doughnuts were not remotely fresh. Stale doughnuts and weak coffee were very disappointing.
