    Went to the drive thru. Waited longer than we ever have before. None of the food was even warm. The chocolate shakes had a drop of chocolate flavor. Lousy way to end the day.

    Paid $12 for tiny, crusty chicken strips. Went back and asked for a replacement and the manager gave me one strip in a cup. I asked for the whole thing to be replaced and he gave me 3 and said that’s good enough and best he could do. Had to persuade him to replace all 5 of them and he started going off at me from the fryer to the counter saying that I could feed the food to my dogs for all he cared. Very weird experience.
