  3rd time quoted one time when i order online. Show up & they tell me 30 mins & cant refund my order. How do you run a business like that. People need to depend on accurate times when you only have 30 mins for lunch. If you cant handle the evening TURN OFF THE ONLINE ORDERS.

  Placed an online order. Picked it up. Got home to discover- order had WRONG sauce and veggies are brown and rotten! So I called the store, 10 or more times, but they just let the phone ring. Thank you for the great customer service, Wing Stop (Lebanon). My husband just went back to the restaurant so they can hopefully make it right, but now his food is getting cold due to them messing up 1/2 of order. It would be nice if they could be professional and at least answer the phone to address the issue! Not very pleased with the service or food, and this is not the first time our order has been wrong. They’ve left out our fries before, only gave us a couple carrots instead of the full side of veggies, and they’ve shorted us on chicken strips.

  Pick up order was confirmed for 5:35-5:40. I arrived at 5:45. Lobby was full of customers waiting for their orders. Mgr confirmed my order was just about ready. She leaves the 2 guys working to keep up to take a meeting with a vendor for ~ 10mins. Returns to the kitchen for seconds and disappears. My ordered was handed over at 6:05. When I got home the wings were nearly raw and the fries were so soggy. Easy fix: * Mgr steps up and works the counter/friers. * Never take a vendor meeting during lunch/dinner time.

  Staff is always amazing and super friendly. Food is fresh, good, fast and affordable.

  They took a little long on my order but were super kind and even added a brownie and two ranches wow how kind top notch service!!!!! And offered me a drink while I was waiting best service ever
