  1:30 on a Sunday. Not very busy. Back was well staffed. Our order for two people took over 24 minutes from the time we placed our order. Multiple staff seen checking phones instead of actively working. Unreal. A Mexican restaurant serves dishes and more patrons faster than this place. On the bright side. The food was alright once we got it.

  Very slow service too mich time here. Worst I have ever seen at 2:30 on August 9 People in front of me drove off in frustration.

  Quite literally waited 50 minutes in line in the drive thru yesterday. I only stayed because I’d placed a mobile order and it was already paid for. I get being short staffed, but having to wait 50 minutes when there were only four people ahead of me? Absolutely bonkers.

  Hair in the nacho cheese, apparently they dont wear hair nets anymore, food wasnt prepared correctly, paid for extra chicken in the loaded fijitas, no chicken, no onion, no pepper, like its supposed to be normally made, tables were sticky like every taco bell, and ordered nacho fries and they were on the bare trays that they absolutely never clean. Disgusting reccomended to not come here.

  Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time quite frankly both in Lebanon suck but this one was a joke 35 minutes to get through the drive through with only 4 cars in line is absolutely insane especially at 6:40 on a Wednesday night girl at the window was just laughing and joking around with her coworkers the whole time as a matter of fact she left and went to the bathroom before she ever even spoke to me I sat at her window for almost ten minutes I could’ve driven to Lafayette and back before I got served what a joke.
