  I've had good experiences and service at this location for several years. But for some reason today I went in to get a carry out a salad bar, because it's the only salad bar in town, and stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes with none of the 5 employees I saw working even acknowledging my presence. It was not very busy. Was disappointed to have to leave without even having a chance to order.

  To start, this is the closest Pizza Hut location to my house. It is not a Classic location but when I occasionally get a craving for a stuffed crust pizza, it WAS the best bet. Going forward, I will just skip the pizza altogether. I tried to call in the order first for pickup. This location has switched to a call center, likely overseas. That was an annoying experience. I found out later that the employees were running the risk of trouble if they didn't answer the phone within 20-30 seconds of it being inbound. I hung up the phone and elected to order at the counter, since I had some errands taking me that way. The second issue I noticed was someone in management is generating AI slop sheets and leaving them as instructions on the order counter for the employees. That and the so-so quality of my pizza (the sauce is sweet and didn't complement the pizza at all) drove me to decide I'm done with this location. The heart and soul has been ripped out of this one and with the quality suffering, it really is a shame to watch a place go down in flames. The employees have always been attentive and great. Watching whoever owns and manage the place spell their values out like this only cements my decision to stop buying anything here.

  One of the best experiences I've had at a pizza hut, love the new look. I Hope all Pizza Huts follow suit especially with offering cheese dip in their most southern locations like Georgia...

  We like thin crust pizza and Pizza Hut is where we like to go. I get my half my way and he gets his with less toppings lol. The waitress was WONDERFUL! She was Johnny on the spot with everything. Everything was nice, neat and clean. We will be back.

  I LOVE a good Pizza Hut but, sadly they are HARD to find these days. The Lebanon, IN. location exceeded all expectations! It was really nice and clean inside, friendly server, pipin' hot food, and a Pan Pizza that took me back to the 90's cooked to crispy crust perfection 👌 Sorry about the photo, we DEVOURED. Great place. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍕
