  Ordered a $6 mcdouble meal with extra cheese and chili cream sauce. Somehow every single time I order this meal, they forget my extra cheese slice and my sauce.

  If I could give 0 i could I opened my burger and boom a bed bug is crawling around in the box my friends burger was raw and the fries were stiff and old

  Burger meat on the Arch burger was undercooked, bright red in the middle. Didn't get an order of fries for one of our meals. The only McDonald's that will make you wait 10 minutes for adding espresso to a coffee drink, every single time, pull forward and wait. No other McDonald's does this. Check your order, they forget to put condiments in the bag. Make sure you make sure your food is fully cooked, because while I noticed the bright red raw meat, a child or someone may miss it. If you are going to do something, do it well, or don't do it at all, especially when preparing people food, if it isn't good enough that you would eat it yourself, don't serve it to someone else. The feedback is useless, already did that, no email, no call, no reimbursement, nothing. Not spending more money to drive back to a restaurant and give them another chance to poison us, and we paid for that...
