  We pulled into the drive-thru at 9:18 last night to place an order for two drinks one being a smoothie and one being a chiller. There was a car in line ahead of us and two cars that pulled in directly behind us. The server takes our order, she was fine, perfectly pleasant, but then she comes back with another server & they say can't make any blended drinks right now because they have already shut the machines down for cleaning. Your hours are listed open til 10:00 p.m., your drinks should be available until 10:00 p.m., especially when there are still customers pulling in expecting to be able to order off the full menu. Very unhappy, especially since it was our second stop of the night at a business that decided to close early in spite of the listed hours. Wasted my time & my gas, especially since we reside outside of town.

  I honestly have loved coming here but recently I’ve asked like 5 different times to get light ice in my iced chai and every single time the entire cup is almost entirely ice. I’m not trying to be mean or get upset but I just don’t know if I will continue to come back because every time I feel as though I’m paying for a cup of ice. I talked to them about it this time asking if they could fix it & they told me this is light ice. Honestly would have just gotten a no ice drink if I would’ve known that they call this light ice.
