The group of teens stand in the back and won’t come up to the front when you walk in. I would’ve gotten a refund if I didn’t think it’d end in a fight with their attitude. Picture of my boyfriends veggie sandwich with “extra” guacamole.

Nice, but didn’t know anything. Answered the phone , Hello, not “thanks for calling JJ, just “Hella” hole on I’m finna start ova. Now it’s been 1hour 22 mins. I’m positive this order is wrong. Ordered a hot sub over an hour ago. Already ordered pizza. When I call tomorrow I don’t want coupons. I don’t want money back , I want an explanation that isn’t a sorry excuse. I’ve worked in food and Bev over 20 years. Not a phone call , nothing. Quit handing out applications at the bus stop.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service when I called to make a complaint. Instead of feeling heard or having my concerns addressed professionally, I was met with an attitude that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen with any order, but how a customer is treated when they take the time to report an issue makes a big difference. Unfortunately, the way my complaint was handled left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on both order accuracy/quality and providing customers with courteous, professional service when resolving complaints.
