I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable.
I came through the drive-thru around 7:52 PM to pick up dinner. From the moment I pulled up, the two young ladies working had an incredibly rude attitude. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. I brushed it off, assuming maybe they were having a difficult day.
When I noticed they had given me the wrong drink, I politely mentioned it. Instead of apologizing, the employee acted annoyed that I pointed out their mistake. I stayed calm, remained respectful, thanked them, and even wished them a good evening before leaving.
Unfortunately, after driving 15 minutes home, I discovered that they had given me the wrong sandwich as well. My receipt clearly showed I ordered the #6 Veggie meal, yet I was given a sandwich with meat in it. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, this was incredibly frustrating and upsetting.
I immediately tried calling the store. No one answered until my fourth attempt. When someone finally picked up, she simply said, “I don’t know anything, I wasn’t there, and the manager is busy.” I politely explained what had happened and asked to speak with the manager because I was extremely disappointed. Instead, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called four more times after that, and every call went unanswered.
At that point, I had no choice but to drive all the way back to the store.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I am eight months pregnant, and I had to make an unnecessary round trip in heavy rain because of mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. By the time I got back, I was exhausted, frustrated, hungry, and emotionally drained.
When I arrived, the same employees were just as rude as before. There was no apology, no empathy, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience they had caused. Finally I was told that one of them was the manager and she was no less. She offered to remake the sandwich, but did so with an obvious attitude, as if correcting their own mistake was a burden. At no point did anyone say they were sorry or show any concern for what I had gone through. And in all this I was frustrated but still sensible about how to talk.
Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human kindness. Serving the wrong food is one thing. Ignoring phone calls, hanging up on a customer, and treating someone with such disrespect—especially after forcing them to drive back in heavy rain while eight months pregnant—is simply unacceptable.
This wasn’t just a wrong order. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I sincerely hope management addresses the behavior of the staff because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

The music being played right next to the cashier was so loud, it was nearly impossible to tell what was being said by the mumbling person taking our order. We had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times, partially because of how loud the music was, and partially how quiet they were, and partly because they simply failed to enunciate at an. Ironic considering the other two people working were loud and yelling from the back. The store was filthy, the service was slow, and I was honestly surprised that my order was correct given that they had to put the order in twice, because of how my partner stated they wanted theirs to be a meal, which made them back track a little in the order input. The food was fine. Everything else was a disappointment about that location.
