  My husband called and placed a delivery order. When he placed the order, nothing was mentioned to him on the phone about being out of any products. They took his card information before ending the call and let him know to expect the delivery around 25 minutes. Around 40 minutes later, he received a call stating they were out of personal pan dough and that he would need to upgrade the one pizza in his order for an additional $14 or remove it from the order. When my husband questioned why it would be an extra charge on our card when he was never told they were out of the dough when placing the order, he was told there was “nothing they could do about it-either pay the extra $14 or remove the pizza”. My husband let them know that the mistake on their end of not letting him know about the dough being out of stock should have resulted in the upgrade with no charge (and they had already charged his card!) they told him this was not an option and there was nothing they could do about it. My husband cancelled his entire order, as the person he spoke to was extremely rude through the entire conversation. The customer service was awful. We will not be returning to this location.

  So right off the bat.....the staff were kind and polite, so zero personal attacks on them! We walked in at 1130 to a completely empty restaurant. We waited 10 min then went and found an employee. They took our orders then came back and I formed us the didnt have personal pan pizzas that day??? Oh well, we went for salad bar and other items. The salad bar was very small and not stocked well either. The cheese was old and hard and the ham looked questionable. We waited 30+ minutes for our food and then they said they misplaced our order. So all in we were the almost 90 minutes and the food was well below average. While the staff was kind and polite, it seems like they were underhanded and not trained well. If this is the norm for this location I can understand why they had zero customers.

  I’ve been going to Pizza Hut restaurants since the ‘70s, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I placed an order on the App (which Pizza Hut encourages), and the restaurant couldn’t find the order when I arrived to pick it up. They finally thought they had my order, but couldn’t confirm if they did. After 20 minutes or so, they told me it was “in the oven.” This was after I (and the rest of the customers waiting) were yelled at essentially because we placed our orders all at the same time, and their system was “glitching.” When my order was finally handed to me 40 minutes after I arrived (and an hour and 40 minutes after I placed it), I was given the wrong pizza. Never again. Never, ever again will I order from Pizza Hut.
