  Food 25 mins late for pick up so i sat there for 30 mins..asked about cheese sauce and said In box..drove 10 mins home to discover no cheese that i paid extra for.. and happens almost every time

  Nice clean place with friendly staff... my order was ready for pick up in 15 minutes... this location never disappoints.... turns out never is a long time😉...so after making a dozen or so on line others through the pizza hut app with no issues, I place an order, appears ready in 14 minutes... cool on my way, I get there and a note on the door says closed short staffed? OK I see people so I think maybe they closed the dining room? So I call... the recording says their dining room is open or order online😁....try calling the customer service number.... it tells me to contact the store directly🤣..... i understand stuff happens but.... update your app youre closing?

  I got an expensive order of wings and breadsticks and the order was given to me wrong. When the lady who was delivering then got to the door they were very nice, but they had given me the wrong type of wings that I had ordered I had ordered the hot wings but then they gave me barbecue wings. I don't particularly like the barbecue wings very much there so I'm not going to be able to eat these. I call into the restaurant and ask if I can get a new set of wings. They proceed to be very rude to me and tell me that no I cannot get new wings. So I essentially paid $50 for breadsticks. Good to see the customer service at Pizza Hut is still alive and well. 👎

  Not sure who the manager is but he definitely needs to learn how to deal with the public. Every Sunday we have a group of between 6-14 people who go there for lunch. the waitress that is normally there expects us and told to us to go directly to the back room. this had been going on for years. today that waitress was sick and the manager was working the floor. well apparently he didn't like the fact that the group went to the back room without "checking in" first and then being directed there. The group apologized but the manager would not let it go. Throughout the whole meal he kept berating the group and made the meal such an unpleasant experience that some got up and left and those that very stayed were so upset and shaking by the time they left. LaGrange Pizza Hut has just lost a faithful group of customers.
