  For many years, this was one of our favorite places. This was our preferred pizzeria, a place we used to visit with family and friends and one that became part of many very special memories for us. In fact, even on our wedding day, Pizza Hut was a part of the meal we served to our guests. Because of all this, what happened tonight has left us deeply disappointed and, unfortunately, has led us to make the decision not to return. We were there waiting for food we had already purchased and paid for at Pizza Hut. An employee, a man with long blonde hair who was wearing a black headscarf, approached us and told us that we had to leave, without giving us any explanation. I want to emphasize that throughout the entire interaction, we treated him with respect, as we believe every person deserves to be treated. We were never disrespectful or rude toward him, nor did we have a bad attitude. What surprised us the most was that there were several tables available. At that time, there was a couple and a family, but there were still several empty tables. Later, other customers arrived and were allowed to sit at a table, while we were asked to leave, even though tables were still available. The way we were treated made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and, honestly, left us with the impression that we were treated differently from other customers. Given the circumstances, we felt that there may have been an element of racism or discrimination involved. As customers, we believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. We hope that no other family has to go through a similar experience.

  They put hair and toenails in the people and only found out at the last couple slices, DO NOT EAT HERE. Also if you cant eat dairy dont drink milk 🥛 🫶

  Went in with a group from church of 11 they looked and said they don't have the big room opened and walked off. They had a table for 8 and we figured a few others could sit at a table nearby but no one came back to see what we wanted to do so we left.

  My husband called and placed a delivery order. When he placed the order, nothing was mentioned to him on the phone about being out of any products. They took his card information before ending the call and let him know to expect the delivery around 25 minutes. Around 40 minutes later, he received a call stating they were out of personal pan dough and that he would need to upgrade the one pizza in his order for an additional $14 or remove it from the order. When my husband questioned why it would be an extra charge on our card when he was never told they were out of the dough when placing the order, he was told there was “nothing they could do about it-either pay the extra $14 or remove the pizza”. My husband let them know that the mistake on their end of not letting him know about the dough being out of stock should have resulted in the upgrade with no charge (and they had already charged his card!) they told him this was not an option and there was nothing they could do about it. My husband cancelled his entire order, as the person he spoke to was extremely rude through the entire conversation. The customer service was awful. We will not be returning to this location.
