  Waited 30 mins the drive thru never greeted, watch the man finally Put a head set, had to drive to the window and when I get to the window they all mad because I asked to have my mobile order made. This is at 1230am. Then I told them I would be calling in the morning to talk to the GM, the African American man came to the window told me he wasn’t going to make my food, will not return here and that man needs to be fired immediately! Will be calling Taco Bell corporate!

  Used drive-thru. Took 23 minutes to get through line. There were only 5 cars ahead of us. Lady giving us our food was friendly. When we got home we realized we had not gotten what we ordered. Poor experience.

  Waited over an hour and a half for no apparent reason, saw over six employees inside with two actually doing a job. Four to five other people waiting for their food inside, with one worker telling me that it would be the same wait if I was inside or the drive through.

  12:09 am on apr 30th 2026 This is the best crew I've ever seen at a Taco Bell! It took approximately 7 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. I requested sauce, and the gentlemen with tattoos generously provided a good amount. He was also very polite. I will certainly choose this location over other Taco Bell restaurants in the area. Thank you!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell. Not only did they lose my order, but I was left waiting nearly an hour past the expected pickup time with no clear communication or urgency from the staff. That alone is frustrating, but it gets worse. I paid for a large drink with my order, only to be told when I finally received it that they didn’t have any large cups available. Instead of offering a refund or any kind of solution, I was handed a small drink as if that was an acceptable substitute. It’s not—I paid for a large and didn’t get what I was charged for. On top of the service issues, the overall food quality was poor. The items I received were sloppy, poorly made, and didn’t match the usual standard you’d expect. It honestly felt like no care or attention was put into the order at all. Between the excessive wait time, losing my order, incorrect drink size, and subpar food quality, this was a very frustrating experience. I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements in both service and quality.
