If I could give this place zero stars or even negative, I absolutely would. This was genuinely the worst experience I've had at ANY restaurant in my entire life. I placed an order and when an hour and a half went by, it was still not ready. After asking multiple times when it would be ready, I just kept hearing "It will be ready soon". I also was told that the pizza was in the oven and it would be ready in 7 minutes. 20 minutes pass, and I still don't have my pizza. I asked and the lady at the front had a horrible attitude and was saying how the chain was extremely busy. There were maybe 3 people with me who were also waiting extreme times for their food. The lady decided to raise her voice and sound rude when I asked about the pizza. 2 minutes later, a different nice woman came up to me to ask my name so they could find my order in the system. They later told me that they do not know what happened to my pizza and they can either make it again or just give me a refund. This was an insane waste of time and as much as I like Papa Johns, I do not recommend ANYONE going to this specific location. They easily wasted 90 minutes of my time when the app said it would be done in 15.😡😡
