  I came in to pick up my order because the app said it was ready. I was waiting for 10 minutes and none of the 4 people inside said anything to me. One guy had earbuds in and was clearly talking on the phone through them. Then a doordash driver came in and they immediately acknowledged him. So I spoke up and said you acknowledge him but didnt acknowledge me and the same dude that had the ear buds in insisted that he said he would be right with me but he didn't. They didnt ask for a name like they did the doordash driver. I told him that the app said my food was ready 10 minutes ago. He said that the app is faster than the oven. But my understanding is that a button has to be pressed when the food is done so I feel he was gaslighting me and they pressed the button for time wise and didnt realize I was already in the parking lot. They ended up checking me out and I left angry. I got home and they didnt even give me the 2 sauces extra I paid for and one sauce was busted open in the box. I was too angry to go in again or even call. Im just never going there again.
