I took my kids and grandkids to dinner there last night for one of my kids birthday’s and had a horrible experience. We were seated just before 7 and didn’t get our food until after 8. When we did get our food it was all cold and my steak was extremely undercooked. Our waitress was barely around, offered no apology or explanation for the delay. We heard the table next to us complaining to the manager and he was kind of rude. They walked out without ever getting their food. The restaurant wasn’t overlying busy either. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Hostess was nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. That’s the only reason they get two stars for service. There was a 25 min wait, which we were ok with being that it was a Friday night, after we finally got seated the waitress took our drink order and brought it out with some bread. That alone was a 20 minute process. We waited a WHOLE HOUR after ordering our food. The waitress noticed we were getting frustrated and stated she would look into how much longer for our food to come out, she never came back with an update until she noticed we were getting ready to leave. This has been the worst experience ever. The longest wait. It is a shame since we were really excited to eat here as it had been a long time since coming here due to a previous bad experience but we decided to give it a second chance, we still got disappointed again. Ridiculous, will never get my money ever again!

Suppose to be a quick stop for a hamburger... 49 minutes to bring our 2 hamburgers to the table after ordering. And I thought waiting 22 minutes for 3 regular hamburgers at McDonalds was bad. The food was good, the server was ok, can't believe she "had" to card (2) 68 year old gray haired adults to get a beer. and people are griping about having to show an ID to vote...

Please read and see attched photos OVERCHARGING! Went here tonight for my birthday dinner. First I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews. I swear I'm not a Karen. We've eaten everything from super cheap to stupid expensive. I do realize that this is a chain resturant steak house, and do not expect 5 star quality or service. We're a family of 4. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and shrimp with a loaded baked potato and wedge salad. Kids ordered the sirloin kids meal one fries one loaded baked potato no chives. Husband ordered the wings as an entree. No appetizers ordered. Waited about 40 mins for our food. The waitress came out and told us everything was ready they were just waiting on my shrimp. I asked if the food was sitting under a lamp she said yes it was. So I asked her if she could just bring out everyone else's food and I would just wait for my entree. 5 mins later our food comes out. All the steaks are overcooked pretty much well done. My daughter's potato has chives and NO bacon we ordered no chives. We tell the waitress she gets the manager. The manager comes out offers to remake our steaks and the potato. 15 mins go by. Food comes back out this time cooked correctly. The manager offers us a free desert for the mix up. I tell her it was actually my birthday so I was planning on ordering a desert. Most restaurants offer them for your birthday. I order the cheesecake. Wait another 15 mins. NO ONE EVER COMES BACK TO THE TABLE. I tell my husband to just pay I'll wait. He goes to pay the bill on the kiosk and notices the automatic 20% tip option. Our bill was $102. 20% tip should have been around $20 kiosk says $29. I'm no scientist but thats definitely not correct. Click the 25% option just to see. And they are charging $36 for 25% tip. That was the tipping point for me on the review. Pun intended by the way. Overcharging is not okay. We would have never noticed had the check not been just over $100. It's not taxes either. Our waitress was amazing. She put our order in correctly she was nice and attentive. And we tipped her the correct amount of 20% using our phone to calculate for a job well done seeing it wasn't her fault. I wasn't rude, I wasn't irate, I wasn't out to get free food, I was friendly. Annoyed yes but I think that should be expected. We've given this place multiple chances and this time I really don't think we'll be back. Lonestar steakhouse could never and they definitely would have offered more than a free desert. Plus their prices are comparable THE OVER CHARGING IS CRAZY on tipping, and I'm pretty sure illegal right? Pictures are attached of the kiosk and the food.
