  I don’t like to leave bad reviews for places, but I feel like I need to warn future guests of this McDonald location for health concerns. On top of waiting close to 20 minutes (after app delivered “ready”) to get a basket of fries, 20 nugs, and 6 cheeseburgers, one of the nugget boxes also spilled on the food receiving counter in the kitchen. They picked them up with their bare hands and put them back in the box! 🤢 on top of this, an employee with long braids had her hair down while working and when she bent over to reach for things on the counter, her hair went into multiple bags and all over the food. Disgusting🤮. We mentioned this to a staff worker and they looked at us like she was confused where the problem is. Also, for the record, they did serve one of the contaminated nuggets in the drive thru. 🤮

  I come around here every few weeks and every time I’m treated so kindly by the worker Tai. She is always so sweet and polite. Working in fast food is stressful but she handles it with grace.

  drive thru miscommunication, which i understand. Jesus the drive thru person didn’t give me my receipt when i asked for one and continued to close the window and take another order. i ordered a few meals but the moment i tried to let the person know i was missing food they didn’t believe me. this one lady slammed the window when i said “ma’am could i please just get my food” she said “ugh this girl!!” and slammed the window once again. i was told to come back later for the food due to the general manager not being there. i will never come back again

  Went thru drive thru 2 cars waited to order for 3min untill someone finally asked what id like oder went fine clarified I did t want honey mustard just plain honey waited to pay for them to switch out paid my 20 dollars then asked while getting food plain honey is in there they answered yes. Well guess what no plain honey dried out left over burgers 1/4 filled fries serious 5 fries in my daughter's happy meal. Does no service to call ive tried avoiding this McDonald's at all cost but since the place was empty not another car in drive thru tried it an again why spend my money at a place that doesn't care an is proud of the fact. I was once told by a manager its just McDonald's if you wanted better food should have went somewhere else. Take it from them go somewhere else.

  Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line. At 10 pm at night, I thought maybe they were having problems with the mic. Nope. I pulled around to the window to see if I could order there and everyone is on their phone or sneaking food. I waited at the window for 5 minutes then just drove off. There was a truck before me that managed to order at the window but im assuming he banged on the window to get their attention because the works were all playing the game of ignore every customer that is spending money to help pay our bills/paycheck. When I drove around there were 8 or 10 cars now waiting in line to order. Now I see why there were so many one star reviews in the past month
