Waited over 35 minutes for a to go order. When got my food fries were cold. They were to worried about getting online orders done instead of the 20 customers who were in the store waiting on food. Not a single person in the store had any food. Manager told the guy at register to stop taking orders so they could do online orders. Manager was very rude and mean to the other employees yelling at them in front of everyone. I travel and have ate at multiple 5 Guys. This is by far the worst. Only ordered a sandwich which was good, fries which were cold and a drink.

They have a bad habit of putting cheese on a hamburger, but it is still about the best burger around. And the cajun fries are great!!!!

I love 5 guys however, I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and reg fry and my burger was gross I at like 1/4 of it and couldn't eat anymore. Usually they are so juicy and this time it tasted like a dry frozen patty you could buy from Walmart and make at home. And the fries the last 2 times I have been in the skimp on them you do not.get your money's worth anymore. They used to fill the cup.and then dump a good portion in the bag but they switched to the paper bags for the fries and no extras. Which is so sad I feel like that set them apart from all others. The staff was soo friendly, unfortunately after this last visit the food was just basic nothing to set it apart anymore. So with that and the price you pay it is so unfortunate. 3 star is for the friendly staff and that is it
