Fazolis can never let this man go! (And he needs a raise)

I have to drive back for 20 mins to get my correct dish. I did not check right there cuz it just 2 dishes and not complicated. No apologies or anything. Acting like kinda thing is common here. Got told food will be done a clople minutes. I am so surprised that they cannot even give the roughly estimate time like 5 mins or more. Just said a couple minutes. Cuz it just a 1 dish that have to bake. I am okay with waiting, just wanted to know the roughly estimate time, and they cannot even be able to do that.

Nope- so now I have to go back in rush hour to pick up something I paid for. No clue why I couldn’t get a partial refund.
