  The food was pretty standard for a grill style restaurant. The service was great, quick, efficient and friendly. Atmosphere, well, it's typical Chipotle.

  Traveling home from a road trip, we stopped here around 6:00 pm on 5/3/2026 for dinner. Service was friendly and quick. The food was fine, not as tasty as I've had at other Chipotles. The chicken was chewy and didn't have a fresh, clean chicken taste. The place was unbelievably and unacceptably dirty, the worst I have ever encountered. The counter where the food is assembled was full of food spills. The floors and drinks area were disgusting. It should be standard practice for staff to come regularly through the dining room to wipe tables and chairs and clean up messes on the floor. Managers, where is your sense of pride? Chipotle, how low have your standards fallen? Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness is an issue we encounter regularly at Chipotles, but this location was so bad I felt compelled to write a review.

  The food quality at this location is consistently good, which is the only reason I continue coming back. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience is consistently disappointing. The restaurant is frequently dirty, with trash left around the dining area and an overall lack of cleanliness that is hard to ignore. The customer service is equally frustrating—staff members are almost never friendly or welcoming, and every interaction feels rushed, cold, and as though customers are an inconvenience. It does not seem to matter what day or time I visit, as the experience is always the same. This location has potential because the food is good, but the poor cleanliness and consistently rude service make dining here an unpleasant experience.

  After a long drive with my baby, I was very disappointed to see that neither restroom had a baby changing table.

  Every single time I visit this location, it's always some disaster. Two years ago when I first moved here, I was served crunchy rice. When I went up there and told them about the rice, they insisted on giving me another portion of the same crunchy rice. Guess what, same pan, still crunchy. 😒 The second time I tried it out a couple months later, My daughter ordered a cheese quesadilla kids meal and the cheese wasn't even melted. When I went up there to explain to them and show them that the cheese wasn't melted, It's like they had to ask permission from heavenly father up above to even remake the quesadilla. Today I stopped in there for late night And they made my daughter's quesadilla and then I ordered a bowl and I told the kid what I wanted on there and he started making it and then when he got to the lettuce, he informed me that he had no lettuce. Kind of would have been nice to know when I first ordered the bowl. And what a waste of food Because he put everything else on there except the lettuce. He was a very nice kid though, he was pleasant and kind. He was also working the line by himself. I was standing there discussing with my daughter if she wanted to go ahead and get her food because we were planning on sitting down but can't have a bowl with no lettuce so I was without dinner and we didn't even get to my 4 year olds order yet. A girl walked up to the counter and asked if it was just the cheese quesadilla and I said, hold on because the rest of my group doesn't have anything to eat because you guys don't have lettuce and she just stood there looking at me and didn't say a word, and then I said, you know what just forget it never mind. And she looked like she wanted to say something with the look she was giving me. I really tried to avoid this one location but I just happened to be coming from Indy and it was late and my kids where hungry. I've lived in this town for 2 years and visited this location three times and all three times there has been an issue.
