  I’m not the one to complain but waiting an hour and 30 mins for a few wings is absolutely absurd and for management to sit there do nothing while she scrolls Facebook really rubbed me wrong if ur after a good meal either good service with a good environment your better off going somewhere else or too a different location worst service I’ve ever received

  went to eat here with my boyfriend. wings were not only overcooked but gave my boyfriend and I (TMI) terrible runs! How does overcooked chicken cause intestinal issues for 2 people? Fries were ok. Service was good! But the food was not great.

  absolute worst service i have ever experienced several times now have came in for a to go order that is simple had stuff left out plus it take them an hour past the pick up time they give me that i am standing in there store waiting on them to bring out my food. not normal the type to write a review like this but it has happened every time i come and something about this management needs to change!

  I ate here a couple weeks ago with some friends, and left that night sick to my stomach, after one beer and an order of wings and felt sick the next day too. Then my girlfriend wanted to eat here after seeing the ad for bottomless appetizers. The vibes were off immediately. As we were being shown to our table, we asked for a booth and were told no because "your server doesn't have any open booths" despite there be at least 5 open booths in the restaurant. She then just walked away. After 10 minutes of no service and not seeing that they were participating in the bottomless appetizers, we left. We don't plan to return to this location again.

  I didn't realize that I needed a secret handshake just to sit in a booth at a half empty restaurant. We arrived around 10:15pm to a sea of at least 10 open booths, yet the hostess insisted at sitting us at a table. When I specifically asked for one of the booths right next to us that were open, the host told me "no" with zero explanation. The best part? Another group that was the exact same size as mine walked in 15 minutes later and was escorted immediately to a booth. I don't blame our waiter, Alexa, for the hostess's attitude or the lack of management, but they were unfortunately the one who had to deliver the driest wings I've ever seen. These were easily the worst wings I've ever had at a B-Dubs. They had like literally almost no sauce on them at all. Some of them might as well have been plain. The lack of quality control from the front door to the kitchen is staggering. Management needs to check the logs for this shift and figure out why guests are being lied to while being served subpar food. I’m never coming back. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where they actually want your business. There are too many options these days to have this quality service at these prices.
