at in drive through for 20+ minutes no other cars in drive thru. They said “we will take your order as soon as we can and never came back. Pulled up to the window and continued to sit and wait and they just flat out ignored I existed. Still sitting here writing this in their drive thru. Calling corporate in the morning. Worst service I have ever had in my entire life.

We walked into this location to buy dinner. There was a worker standing in the drive through window playing on his cell phone. We weren't acknowledged. When we saw him there we said hello. He still did not come to take our order or acknowledge us. We left. They were not busy in the store or in the drive through lane. Terrible terrible terrible. You might as well just shut the place off you aren't going to take care of your customers.

Ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders, lite ranch. Somehow, there was more ranch than buffalo sauce on my sliders. Chicken was NOT fresh, like I asked.

10/10 Arby's! Friendly staff, fast fresh food, and a spotlessly clean dining area.

Wow. That was expensive!! 33$ for a gyro/fries a beef and cheddar and a turkey bacon ranch combo? They didn't even get the order right. I said no BACON and no ranch. Get back to my office guess what. There's bacon. Guess who has 2 thumbs and is allergic to pork. This guy. Guess who couldn't eat his sandwich? This guy. Thanks for bringing back potato cakes though.
