  Had a terrible experience here today… There was 0 customer service skills on display here. Barista simply said “phone number” and “what do you want” I thanked them for my drinks and got “yep” as a response… The music they were playing through the stores sound system was unbelievable. The lyrics kept repeating “he wants to eat it from the back”… not sure thats a song that should be played by any business… Then in the midst of my drinks being made the staff member helping me walks inside and proceeded to have a dance party with another employee… Is there a manager around oh wait yes there was about 5 people standing on the other side of the building doing absolutely nothing. Terrible service, management and experience. Avoid this location

  Slowest service ever. The lane next to us emptied out and our lane was at a standstill. Disappointed.

  Service is terrible. The place is dirty and staff is rude. I have been a client of seven Brew for way too long. I know what my drink looks like. I don't even have to taste it and they want to argue with me that it was correct when it was not. I been to correct it. They did not make a new one. They took it inside. Took the lid off dumped out from the top to be able to add more shots to it. However they poured off what was missing to begin with. Took my drink, took the lid off, dumped it out and drove across town to the west side. Sadly, I watched the person in front of me drive off and leave their drink as well.

  Decent smoothies, albeit a little overpriced. I chose the Bubble Gum Flavor and enjoyed it. Generous portions.

  Great place most the time. A little on the pricey side. Most employees are very polite and friendly. Music is a bit on the loud side but at least it's good music most the time 😜
