  This is the worst stand in Lafayette. Ive seen like 10 different people manage it and their turnover seems high. Worst customer service and drinks by FAR

  This stand takes the longest by far to get drinks made. Workers here tend to converse with a car for a long period of time when there is a long line following. Although conversations with 7 brewistas are nice, there’s no reason it should that long. All other stands manage to have nice conversations while maintaining a good flow.

  The 7 brew by the mall is the worst one in town! There's no rhyme or reason, they will serve five cars in the close line to one in the far line. They clearly aren't staffed like any 7brew I've been to. No greeters at the end of the line or anything. Service was atrocious. Waited 20 minutes for one drink with 5 cars in front of me. At the one on 350 I've gotten my drink faster than that with 15 cars in front of me. I won't go back to the one by the mall again.

  Extremely slow service, especially if you get stuck in the outside drive-thru lane. I waited over 15 minutes to get my coffee. The coffee itself is good, but not quick at all. I wish I hadn’t paid because I would’ve driven away It also seemed like the inside lane was getting preferential treatment. That lane was moving at the pace you’d expect from a drive-thru, while the outside lane barely moved at all. For comparison, the friends I was with decided to go to Starbucks across the street. They got to Starbucks AFTER I had already gotten in line at 7 Brew, ordered, got their drinks, and were finished while I waited literally 15 minutes to get my coffee. Good coffee, but not worth the wait
