  Spent 40 mins waiting to pick up an online order but the wait time baffles me because none of our food tasted like it was fresh enough to even be made today. $30+ order, 40 min wait, and the guy handing out the orders didn't even speak. Just shoved a bag out the window. Good thing I checked my order at the window because it has half of my order. About 5 mins later he opened the window and shoved the rest of my order at me without a word. Will not be coming back. I mistakenly thought this would be a fast dinner after a long day. It was gross and wasted a lot of time. If it wasn't impossible to get a refund for an online order I would have just drove away.

  Why on earth the lobby is only open for 5 hours (5am to 10am) is baffling to me

  The most expensive McDonalds I've ever seen and the slowest. It would help if they could get off their phone and pay attention to the orders.

  They take all the customers money as fast as possible and then put them all in curbside pickup spots to wait forever for their order.
