  I come to the drive through on my motorcycle like i usually do at the pine lake location. I ordered 2 jamochas, 1 chocolate shake, couple sandwiches and some sides. I pull up to the window and he only has 2 shakes. I asked if he got the other and he missed it. Usually when I go to the other location they ask if i need a drink carrier or a regular drink lid. He did not do that. So I asked for a regular lid and he said he couldn’t do that for the two already made but can for the new one (doesn’t make any sense). I ended up spilling the chocolate all over my saddle bag and then I asked again if I could get a regular lid and he FINALLY PUT ONE ON. He gave me TWO STRAWS INSTEAD OF THREE. Handed me the rest of my order. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted any sauces but decided to throw in bronco and marinara sauces that I didn’t even want. Supposedly he is a general manager. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESIGN OR DO NOT WORK THE DRIVE THROUGH. THIS IS THE WORST ARBYS EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. PLEASE GET HIM OFF THE DRIVE THROUGH. A regular employee has more common sense than the GENERAL MANAGER. GO TO PINE LAKE LOCATION INSTEAD

  Ordered 16sliders got home there were only 12. They refused to fix issue!

  Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too. Constantly out of product.
