  great food as always, but service is slower than estimated and staff generally seems clueless and occasionally makes mistakes

  Pickup was on time was the 2nd time I've tried Wingstop probably won't do it again. Seems to me chicken taste rubbery and sauces are greasy, but I will say this it was on time and the guy was very nice to every customer they had line. My son orders from there every week so take my advice differently he is 25 and I'm 53.

  I walked in to order wings. I literally took them 45 minutes to make me 15 wings and a fry.

  Not only did they give the wrong kinda wings, refused to refund or correct, even when shown my receipt I didn’t get what I ordered- then this is how I got my order with ranch dumped all over the food. The night manager “you get what you pay for” although I actually didn’t

  So I put in a carry out order. A two can dine for $25 deal. A 10 pc combo. A 5 pc add on. Extra fries. Extra ranch. I go to pick up the order. Get the drinks. Ask for ice and the guy says their machine is broken. The drinks tasted flat. I was about to ask for a refund until I discovered how good the tea was. So we get our food and when I tried to check it, all the ranch was just thrown on top of the fries. I noticed I was missing one so I asked for the third one and assumed there’s nothing else wrong with that order. I get home and discovered that all the wings were plain. Only the five pc add on was supposed to be plain. The ticket clearly stated we wanted garlic parm. I took the order back in and called on my way to let them know I was coming. Hoping I didn’t have to wait another twenty mins. He got so crappy with me and asked if I had the food. I pulled up and the same lady who was already there when I got there the first time was still waiting. The manager grabbed my bag and started going through it. He had the worst attitude towards me like it was my fault and acted like I was lying to get free food. Ten mins later he brought the remade order out, mad. When I got home, I discovered they literally only sprinkled garlic parm on top of the wings in both orders. I was so livid but starving so I wrote it off and decided not to deal with them anymore. I was so disappointed after spending almost $70, including the tip. I don’t know that I’ll return. Their customer service is horrible. Oh and they were letting other people order drinks without telling them they had no ice. So I started warning people while I waited. Sad they deterred me from going back cause they food was good.
