  Take a total skip on this place. There is noreal cashier, assuming since we waited for over 5 minutes inside the lobby to place the order. Totally jacked up order served partially and everything was cold….cold. So much mustard that we had to take one of two napkins to wipe it clean. The other napkin was shared with three others since there was none out anywhere and again the cashier was in the kitchen. The food was the eorst I’ve ever had at a “fast food”. I spoke to the manager who offered his apologies if the food and service and acknowledged that he was doing the best he could do with the help he had. There are times when it’s better to call it a day rather than to take people’s money knowing it’s crap but serve it anyways.

  Waited 10+ minutes to have order taken. Another 15 minutes for a hot dog and tots. The employees looked and behaved like they would rather be ANYWHERE else!

  The server taking our order must have the patients of a Saint. We had no idea what we wanted, and she was trying to take drive thru orders as well. She was Amazing! Didn't mess up anything on our order. Food good. Service excellent. Even the customers were accepting of having kids running around. 5 Star!

  Had a really nice experience here! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was handled really well. I appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back. The food and coffee are both great! 😊

  We had the best food and even better service at the Sonic in Kokomo, IN. Philip the manager was amazing and made the best recommendations. Even my picky grandkids were happy. We will definitely be make this our regular stop after Karate each week.
