- JHJ HAug 8, 20261.0Ordered food for the family today 8/8/26 at 4:49pm and had it delivered. I tipped 7$ on the card that was charged for my order, now mind you I literally live 3min away. I was in the shower and my wife got the food from the delivery driver that was supposed to be a female (only know that because my text said Brittany was picking up our order) but it was a male not a big deal however the problem was the fact that he handed her the order and then decided to stand there with two thumbs up creating this weird interaction because I’m assuming he was expecting more of a tip? I don’t know what’s going on but very unprofessional and it was probably best I wasn’t the one that got the food from him because the interaction would’ve been different. Pizza Hut do better! Either way I won’t be back. ✌🏻
- DADegenerate ApeAug 7, 20261.0Odered a Large Works Original Stuffed Crust pizza, and this is what I got. I went back and showed the manager and his response was "what's wrong with it?". I replied that it was hollow, had very little cheese, and the crust appeared to be too thin. He acted as though he couldn't understand what the problem was and this is how it's supposed to look. He said "they're never going to look like what they show in the ads, that's not even real pizza in those pictures". He made me a new one and opened it in front of me - it looked just like the first pizza - and he said "See? it's always going to come out like that.". I don't order from Pizza Hut very often so I'm not sure if this is the standard, or just this location. Regardless, I'll never return to this location.
