  I understand it’s McDonald’s and your expectations should be low when even considering eating here, but to have the quality of food so absolutely bad that your already low expectations for the food you ordered to be considered too high is astonishing. I ordered food for my child and I tonight. They got my kids food correct but completely forgot my food. I went back and told them and within 2 seconds they hand me my food - which I should have opened then and there that is on me - and the food was not only stale and cold, it was disgusting! Over peppered and over salted sandwich and it tasted like they just took the pickles off of a sandwich that had been sitting there for ages. When I had originally been given the order, we were told we couldn’t get the two pies as they didn’t have any apple pies made but could get them made in 12 minutes. I wasn’t waiting that long so I told the guy never mind take the pies off. Instead he tells the girl who brought it out to us that he “gave us extra food since we had to wait so long.” That extra food was cookies we didn’t want, missing my food, and I was still charged for food I didn’t even get!

  I’m convinced that they do not greet you in the drive thru with hopes you’ll give up and drive away. 4/5 times I’ve gone through the drive thru (at different times during the day, all while they’re open) I’ve left because I’ve waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Not sure why I keep trying! This last time I waited over 3 minutes!

  Never get thru the Drive Thru without having to pull forward and wait for our food. So much for fast food.

  This location is the worst. I don’t know if they only hire incompetent people but it sure seems that way. They don’t listen. They are rude. And my order is wrong more than half the time. Perhaps a change in leadership is in order because this particular location is a joke.

  McDonald's is not a place I'd choose to patronize. I'm too eccentric? 😲 Cleanliness, personal hygiene and decayed teeth gives me anxiety! Imo, these establishments should help employees. Suggest employees shower, no facial hair, stop touching their faces, zits and hair? Dental insurance would be helpful.
