Soooo I have been coming here for about 6mths now and I pay almost 11$ for 1 drink( it's blended coffee) well every morning there freeze machine gets cleaned(totally understandable) my whole issue tho is when I come at 6 it's down for cleaning then come back at 8 (2hrs later) and it's still down. And DONT get it hand blended coz it won't ever taste the same or be the same consistency!!!!!!!

I'm here darn near almost everyday. Almost. Anyway I order the same exact thing every single time. And for some odd reason depending on whose working changes how my drink comes out. Then they want to tell me that since I order extra Expresso in my blended drink that's why it turns to complete liquid. But when I come any other time it's fine. Even when the freeze machine is down and they have to hand blend. How come some of them can make it right, but the others can't?? It's very frustrating especially with tip I'm paying 10 bucks for one drink. Today I went back up to the window twice to get my drink fixed and they still couldn't get it. Just super disappointed.

Terrible!! I have been in the drive through for 35 min. Blocked in or I would leave. Placed online order ahead of time so wait should be minimal. I really wish they’d make one line for online orders only. People’s indecisiveness really slows things down!!
