  I placed an order online to be delivered the next day. I realized that there was a mistake so I called immediately. The new manager, that's how she described herself, said she didn't know how to change an order for the next day. She asked me if I could do it online. If I could do it online, I wouldn't have called. Therefore, the answer was no. She said again that she didn't know how to update an order for the next day. I said can you call your manager? She said no because she's probably sleeping. It was 9:00 p.m. and sure she could have been sleeping , however, if she was trained better she wouldn't have to call anyone. And as a manager training a new manager sometimes you have to sacrifice and take a call when you don't want to. The next day I spoke with the manager. She said that she's allowed to have a personal life. I agree with that but not when you have a new manager who doesn't know what she's doing and if the manager that I was talking with then she's guilty of not training her properly. Now I know why there's managerial issues at that location. I had complained to the corporate office and they said that they are privately owned. After a few days of waiting for a call from someone, I emailed the corporate office back and said don't bother. I will just write a review instead. There are too many pizza restaurants in the area that I can have delivery in the future. They will now get my business. I am surprised the owner of this franchise acceptance the lack of training for management.

  I will never go back to this place again. They took money off of my card and did not give me the food I ordered and told me that my money will be back on my card in a couple of days. Here it's been a couple days and I still have not received anything back. And the staff is very rude and needs to learn to talk to costumers a lil better. If I knew how to get ahold of the owners you bet I would just to let them know about there employees..

  Our order was ready when promised. The pizza was just okay. The Dominos app is one of the most confusing apps I have seen in a long time.

  I got pizza last night, one of them was light tomato sauce, mushrooms and extra chicken. This is the 2nd time now that I asked for extra chicken and barely got any on the pizza even though I paid extra. Asked for light sauce....I got no sauce at all. Like what?

  I ordered plain tater tots, sweet habanero wings and loaded spicy jalapeño chicken. What I got was some unknown sandwich with unknown toppings, under cooked loaded spicy chicken with burnt edges and undercooked tater tots with some unwanted toppings with burnt edges. I want my money back and dominos only gives you a coupon option on a future order. I called the store directly. She offered me full refund which I accepted as the order was awful. I offered to tell her what was wrong and she said ‘ I do not care ‘! I’ll await my refund.
