- JAJosh ArnoldOct 3, 20265.0Was super busy. But fast turn around

- GWGeorge WainscottSep 22, 20261.0I understand it's coffee...but my average wait time is 11 min the last three visits just to actually order not get my drink and the people inside are just jamming out and having a kiki . Meanwhile I'm trapped in their drive-thru late for work even though I gave myself an extra 10 minutes for coffee on top of the 10 minutes I give myself for coffee already. I'll be driving and spending the extra time I wait in line to go to Dutch Bros instead
- MCMary ChildsSep 16, 20265.0Both trips to 7 Brew today my coffee’s were both made perfectly. There wasn’t a long wait and the staff was on it today at both locations in Kokomo. Now we need a 7 Brew in the North end of Kokomo.
- TSTiffany SummersSep 7, 20261.0The first time I went my drink didn’t taste anything like my drink I usually get from the other location. I have continued to go to the other location because of this. Today I decided to go to this location because I was closer. I arrived and no one was helping the walk up but taking car after car. I asked an employee why no one was taking orders and they told me they prioritize cars first. I had already been waiting it had been 13 minutes. I replied when do you take walk up orders and they said they only serve 10 at a time. At this point I left. I will just prioritize the other store. I understand not everyone is perfect but two bad experiences in a row is crazy.
