  Absolute horrible service. You never know if they are going to take orders in order, so you never know how long you going to sit there no matter how many cars are there. You could be second in line in one line and they will let four other cars go in the other. It's absolutely ridiculous. I was second in line and still waited 20 minutes, before they even took my order, because the other line got to keep going. This has happened on several occasions. Good luck getting to work on time

  Ordered a honeybun latte. Asked the order taker if the drink was very sweet because if so I would add an extra shot, she assures me they don’t add much sweetener. I pull up to pick up my drink and they hand me a glass of milk ? 💔

  My wife and I drove up to the Kokomo 7Brew. She recently visited the one in Valpo and said she loved it. The staff was friendly, so she wanted me to try it. While in line, we moved up two places and then a server came out to take our order. We said that we haven’t seen the menu yet. The server told us to go online and then walked away. We couldn’t pull the QR code, because the glare and damage to the cover of the monitors. My wife finally was able to find the menu, online. She handed me her phone, she knew what she wanted and it being my first time I did not know what was offered. As I am looking through it, we pull up to the server who hands out the drinks. She asked about our order and we said that we didn’t order yet. She then tells us that we need to pull around and get back in line because of the customers that already ordered need to get theirs. We asked why we couldn’t order and she said that we didn’t, so we had to pull around and get back in line. My wife kindly explained to her about not having a menu and that if we had to pull around, we would leave. She said, “you need to pull around to order”. So we left. I don’t understand how a business can make a profit with such rudeness. If you only offer a menu online, then maybe you should post it long before we get in line, this way FIRST TIME VISITORS have a chance to order something. And to send a customer around to wait in line AGAIN to order when you are right at the window, is ridiculous. I know your company won’t do anything about it except to respond with an apology which we ALL know isn’t really worth a cent. If it happened to us, I can GUARANTEE it has happened before and it WILL happen again. I for one will NEVER purchase your product. First impressions mean everything. Both of the servers we had were rude and disrespectful. The first one could have gotten us to the menu and the second server wouldn’t have REFUSED us service. Instead we were offered to wait another 5 or so minutes in line. I have read some of this locations reviews and I happened to see more negatives than positive. I wonder if it is because of our two servers. Maybe instead of apologizing for apparent repeated behavior you should ADDRESS the issue.

  I've been to a lot of different locations but this one is pretty fantastic. Friendly service and then both my beloved husband and my drink came with a little extra love and we could definitely taste the difference. Wish we were closer so we could visit often but will absolutely be back when we drive thru these parts!
