It was an extremely disappointing experience visiting this Taco Bell on Tuesday evening, May 19, around 6 p.m., and I hope management takes this review seriously. The food tasted stale, old, and spoiled, and the restaurant itself was very dirty. The bathroom was especially unsanitary, with urine all over the floor. For a restaurant that serves families, cleanliness and food quality should be top priorities.
I spent around $80 for my family and myself, yet the customer service was unacceptable. The employees took a long time to acknowledge my order, and we waited far too long just to receive our cups. Compared to other Taco Bell locations, this staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and unfriendly. I also never received a receipt for my purchase.
This location clearly needs better management, improved training, or a stronger staff overall. Customers should not have to deal with poor hygiene, low-quality food, and slow service after spending this much money. I hope the owners seriously address these issues and make major improvements because this experience was unacceptable.
