  Went inside versus drive through. They had no air in the building and everything looked like it had been sitting for a few days in the cold box. The lettuce was brown, and there was a lot of cross contamination with the veggies. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this was BAD.

  Terrible, ordered online, it was literally 8:14PM when I ordered this. I knew this store was gonna give me issues but tested my luck anyways. They had loads of time to do it, supposedly my order wasnt in their systems when three dashers went there to pick it up. I finally had someone pick it and deliver it to me (even though I had an item missing) but I finally got it. IT WASNT EVEN MY SUB THAT I ORDEREDDDD!! IT WAS COLD AND WRONG. NEVER AGAIN!!!😡😡😡

  My experience was insane! The lobby was filled with a bunch of bad ass kids. The person taking my order was SLOW as Christmas! I am positive the food is not kept at the right temperature. The A/C was out it was HOT as he'll! And I didn't get charged correctly.

  So it is a 24hr store. The service at night is HORRIBLE. When you can order on site. They only take online orders. The guy does NOT TAKE ON SITE ORDERS. AT DRIVE THROUGH.AND IS QUIXK TO RUN OUT OF THINGS. They need NEW STAFF.

  They need more experience workers. I went in earlier tonight and was told by one worker their register was down, but that I could order through their app. So I placed my order. She left to go smoke & another worker came out and asked if I was picking up an order, when I explained the situation she said “oh no we’re not taking anymore orders because our computer isn’t printing anymore tickets so we won’t get your order. I had already paid and it said that our order was ready. I explained the other woman said I could order through their app app. She was making orders and not once did she ask me for my name to check if the sandwiches she was making was mine. Because she did make one sub that was one I ordered but to give benefit of doubt it could have been someone else’s order because it was done on different bread. She said they was both new & I could tell because neither had on a name tag & the other woman wasn’t even in uniform. I kept my cool, but I was so heated inside. While we was there she was taking tickets that idk where she wa getting them and was doing orders. So idk who they was for because she kept telling ppl she couldn’t do orders at that location. I’d recommend going there when it’s a weekday & they’re busy because then you will have better luck getting your food.
