  Pizza was over cooked, missing garlic cup, and peppers. Paid for extra cheese...no extra cheese.

  I was beginning to lose hope! We used to order from Papa John's quite a bit and then we started getting not so good pizzas and then we got a good one and then we got a couple of bad ones however the last two times the pizza has been really good and the cheese sticks were amazing this particular store is doing an excellent job.

  My son stated that he sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no one coming. Called the store and the person who answered had an attitude and said she has been sitting at the front for 20 minutes and no one came in. When I told her again that he was at the drive thru she changed her story and said that they had a rush. No need for attitude. Was just trying to get some customer service.

  I live in Georgia and ordered a pizza to be delivered to my mom’s assisted living facility. I forgot to add the tip when paying and called this location. The manager could not have been more understanding or kind. I will be ordering more from this location and will be sure to tip before hitting Apple Pay.

  I ordered a couple pizzas a few days ago and they were completely wrong, I tried to call up and get it replaced right after I got picked up but the automated system said the store was closed. Cool. Called back the next day and talked to the manager that said he would replace it the next day. Next day comes and the employees accused my husband of “trying to get free food” and claimed they didn’t know what he was talking about and never heard my name with a replacement order. After arguing with them, they called the manager and confirmed that it was true. After waiting for 45 mins for the replacement, he got home just to see that it was WRONG AGAIN! It’s insane how simple the order was and they still can’t get it right. I want my money back.
