  Honestly the worse McDonald I’ve been to, I’ve only gone twice to this and it’s the worst. Honestly just for the morning I have no clue for the rest but, I ordered a McGriddle with sausage egg and cheese and added bacon and they put sausage and bacon only I think making it more expensive. And then I ordered another one today and I got the right filling but the bread was a different kind. It was the sandy type of bread. Not only that this was my burrito today

  Great place to have a peaceful lunch,food is always hot and fresh and they get it to you quick.Always very clean.

  My order was messed up yesterday for the second time. Today's shift made it correct. Even though I had to open my food to show it was correct was a little invasive. Had a slight attitude over it. But food was correct. I think they just pull to many cars and orders mixed up. Which shouldn't be the customers fault when we purchase multiple time a month 6 meals per order for my family. They did give my son a free coffee after offering to pay. The order taker was very friendly and the store as well. The manager I had today started with a M. YOU SHOULDN'T MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL Weird BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY CAN'T HAND THE BAG OUT correctly. We typically spend 160 a month on dinners s month for a family of 6. The second window with the black female that was young. Was very sweet and kindful. I give complements when needed. I hate complaining.

  Just so everyone knows there are much cheaper ways to ring up your order on the app and kiosk than they will charge you in the drive thru. Manager here told me they were told by the owners (Kasselman) to ring your order up the most expensive way, there is an older lady in the drive thru that confirmed this practice but she will help you around it. I would think this would violate franchise rules for example… Sausage Biscuit add cheese…2.29 Sausage cheese biscuit…3.79 1.50 more the way they ring it up and they WONT ring it up for you like that…worst McDonald’s ever and I’m from Louisville, the managers will tell you tiff luck then go hide behind their wall of shame. Joke of an establishment and I think their franchise licenses should be reviewed because of their manipulation of the menu and intentionally over charging people.

  Usually I'm a big fan of McDonalds, and I'm not sure what is wrong at this location, but after ordering a Big Mac here I got sick the next morning. Part of me wonders if this is a consistent issue because the food quality seems to have gone downhill since they opened. I will avoid this McDonalds going forward.
