    The management Lady is so slow I see the orders up and I asked for it and she rolls her eyes asked for it after 18 minutes

    Ordered on their app, they had me sit in line for 30 minutes, before anyone answered at the drive through, then told me they didn't have my food. Unprofessional

    Manager working on weekend (like today) prematurely bumps door dash orders to help his times. But disregards the fact (and walks away mid-explanation) that 1.) when he bumps it, it tells door dash it’s done and 2.) it tells the customer it’s done. Both can see I am still standing in McDonald’s. Both believe the food is cold and I’m behind schedule. When actually it’s “not been started yet” as he casually stated as if this is his normal routine. Bump all the orders. Doesn’t encourage young staff help team members. Simultaneously as I’m trying to politely explain that his actions affect dashers income as door dash will not prioritize the dasher for higher paying orders and the customer is less likely to tip if the dasher has arrived at the store and the order is bumped before being prepared, another gentleman is asking for help for his drive thru order and is ignored by multiple young team members. Other dashers had been waiting behind me for a while without me realizing it. Others whose orders had been bumped far too early. So dude, I don’t know what McDonald’s thinks are your times for drive thru and DoorDash but you’re messing with a dasher who is also a social worker and I don’t play with injustice and disregard for others. Maybe you need to work weekday day shift when someone can monitor you. Because apparently you don’t have the responsibility to be independently leading a shift if you’re going to fail to redirect your team to help, listen to customers, cheat your times, and move at the speed of a snail because to McDonald’s, you’re right on time. Unfortunately the dasher cannot filter their store. So you have to physically drive away from McDonald’s to not get stuck depending on this “manager.”

    Everything about this place is just terrible. During the day it is better, I will say that. But god forbid you go in there after 11pm. The 3rd shift crew does not care about the customers or the service they provide. Fire them all and get a whole new 3rd shift. Why am I standing there for 20 minutes for a doordash that contains ONLY 2 drinks? Manager doesn’t care what the staff is doing. I witness the cook in the back hit his vape while his pants simultaneously fell down because he was trying to look cool and sag his pants. Comedy actually. But this is why everybody thinks of this McDonald’s as a joke. Top dashers in the area avoid this McDonald’s for a reason. I block orders from them for 2 weeks and always end up giving them another chance and this is ALWAYS the outcome. Please do better. It’s a hot mess in there.

    I have no idea why I keep deciding to come here. Customer service? Horrible. My lady ordered cookies and they didn't have any. Simple fix right? Offer something different in return since you already paid? Nah. Had to ask for it. Wait time? So long your food is almost cold before you get it. Door Dash orders are prioritized over customer orders. Watched a lady with an infant and a toddler wait a half hour for a 6 piece nugget because of them prioritizing DD orders. Every time I come to this McDonald's I always regret it. 90% of staff and 100% of management need to be replaced. This place will shut down at this rate.
