  Placed an order and got accused of taking food out of my order when I check my order before leaving and didn’t have my nuggets or another fry. Sat there for almost 30 minutes as well. The whole night team but one person needs to be retrained with dealing with the customers and not calling customers cuss words and talking about them.

  The staff are usually really nice. Sometimes the atmosphere feels a little off because some customers can be loud, rude, and obnoxious, which is why I usually just carry out or use the drive-thru. Those staff members have it rough, and I commend them for staying kind through the chaos. When it comes to the food, I honestly don’t think missing items are always their fault. They have a lot of orders and not enough staff, and that’s not fair to them. Any time I let them know something was missing, they immediately made it right. They’re overworked, and I appreciate them.

  Waited 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns being the second car in a lane that was barely full and wasted that time waiting for them to “remake” the order while everyone else got their food including the ones who had to also wait. They spend more time on their phones talking than doing their jobs. Twenty bucks wasted.

  People here don't like serving people inside the store they are to busy focusing on the drive I stood in line for 30 min not single customer has been helped

  I ordered a double cheeseburger with no mustard, I received the burglar the bread was still the meat was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted, that is not my issue. I went in there to get it remade and the store manager was very rude upon my request to get my Berger remade. She said to me, but there’s no mustard on here. I said to her again I said that’s not my concern of the mustard. My concern is that the spread is still in the meat is cold and the cheese is not melting. I’m requesting to get my Berger remade because of that. Then has seen her throw the bread in the garbage take the meat off like I wasn’t paying attention and was talking to the people that she orders to make food. This man really come back in here and there’s no mustard on here. Didn’t realize that I’ve seen her till the cook put the same meat on New bun to hand to me
