They have a phenomenal green apple smoothie & the "Campfire Coffee" drink has a very noticeable, but not overwhelming coffee bean taste, which I personally admire & was very appreciative to taste. In my opinion, "Starbucks" is a runner-up to the "Dutch Bros Coffee." * Although, they don't have much for the food category, (3 different muffin tops) I went ahead & rated the food category a 5-star as well because I feel that those would be just as delicious as the other items in their own way. Thank you, "Dutch Bros Coffee" for a wonderful experience!
- AMAmerica MediousMay 3, 20263.0everyone was really sweet so im really bummed to not write a glowing review. i ordered 2 lemon poppyseed muffintops and they gave me two of the orange cranberry ones. i caught that before pulling off- what i didn’t catch before pulling off was that they’d given me decaf coffee when i’d asked for 2 extra shots. like i said, everyone was perfectly sweet but there’s some sort of disconnect between the person taking orders and the folks making them that should probably be addressed sooner rather than later

Everyone was super nice and friendly. Got the cold brew with sugar free mocha and the coffee was delicious and flavors were excellent. Tons of options to choose from if you don’t drink coffee as well. Will most definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
