- CTChad Tuckertoday1.0No matter if I order DoorDash or go to the drive-through, I always get my order the opposite of the way I ask thick and tired of the same old problem with no resolution I like Dairy Queen breakfast the way I like it not the way they necessarily advertise it. I don’t like cheese on my biscuit, gravy bowls, nor do I like onions on them so that’s why I choose to always leave those out however, every time every single time they are always on there.

Been to many dairy queens so already expect the food and desserts to be sub par and over priced. But God forbid you want to wash your hands before you sit down to eat. Went here abt 2 weeks ago for a family outing and treat the kids to some ice cream. Forgot to leave my review until the kids started asking for ice cream again. They have the bathroom locked down "for customers", but when you ask for a key to wash your hands before you eat, they wont give it to you I guess until after you've already eaten. Even if you're standing there MID order. What do you think a family of 4 is going to make a fake order and then cancel it just to be able to use a sink? Lol. Gimme a break. Should have figured they do not value hygiene, judging by the staff. If you're going to have to just use hand sanitizer either way, I would suggest going to zesto and getting some amazing ice cream for a decent price, you actually get your money's worth.

The only place ive ever been in the last 5 years that makes you pay over a dollar for a squirt of whip cream for a dog. Manager lady claimed they have ALWAYS charged for them. Even though I have lived here for 2 years and gotten multiple there, last one abt a week ago. That was the sole reason I had even chose dairy queen to begin with. Many other dairy queen locations actually give you a sundae dish of the ice cream with a dog treat sticking out the top. So, if you are choosing dairy queen just to have a fun time with your dog, go elsewhere. Jack in the box, arbys, literally any other drive thru place in the area. You can get way better food and a huge dish of whip or ice cream if you have your dog. Doesn't even have to be an ice cream joint. It also took forever to get the food, so if you order a blizzard, its mostly melted by the time you can eat it. And dont expect to get toppings mixed in. Theyre just on the top few bites and the majority is just a cup of plain ice cream. And their scanner for rewards is broken so if you want to use an app reward, you have to let them take your whole phone into the restaurant to the counter register. Oh, and the fries are old and not even close to fresh.
