  Muy mala atención, pedi un burrito la cual no habia carne, ni pollo, ni queso y ni siquiera pude agregarle otros ingredientes porque segun ellos no se podia, aparte te sirven toda la comida fría , muy mala experiencia jamás volverá a este lugar

  Absolutely horrendous service. Guy at the front counter with the afro was high as a kite, shorter woman working mobile orders yelling for the whole store to hear that she’s dying on orders and needs help, superman never came by the way. My wife and I waited for an hour and 31 minutes for our mobile orders, only reason we stayed was because I couldn’t get a refund, guy at the front just started ignoring everyone and making bowls, which I understand you’re in the trenches of war right now there’s 20 people in line, but come on man let me get my $26 back. Dude in the back making chicken was pretty chill, looked like he was having an okay time.

  Was great when they opened. Went a lot. Slowly tables not clean. Lots of fat in steak meat. I actually choked on it. Treated me like a delivery pick up annoyance while my wife ordered. Since all tables dirty I had to insist one be cleaned to sit at. I give up.

By the time I get my food, I’m standing there wondering how I just paid that much money to feel this betrayed. It’s honestly impressive how they’ve turned disappointment into a consistent brand identity. At this point, going to Chipotle isn’t eating—it’s volunteering to get robbed in broad daylight and then thanking them for the opportunity. I leave every single time angry, confused, and questioning how a burrito bowl managed to ruin my entire mood like this.
