- MJMarisa JaggersSep 1, 20262.0I ordered ahead and set the time for 9:10pm thinking the food would be hot when I got it. I pull up to the window 10 minutes early and I see my bag sitting there. It take the person I’ve seen since I pulled up 5 minutes to walk over to me and ask my name and then hands me the bag that’s been sitting there, probably since I ordered it. The food was obviously cold and the guy working had an attitude. I don’t recommend going here at the end of the night. Every time I’ve been here after 7pm it’s not a good experience.

Lauren runs a tight ship and everything was on point for my wife, kids and I. We ordered mobile order 5 minutes before showing up for the kids meal and it was already ready on the shelf when we walked in. All the food was fresh and the stations were being kept clean. Would recommend giving this one another chance.

Guy at the front counter with the afro was high as a kite, shorter woman working mobile orders yelling for the whole store to hear that she’s dying on orders and needs help, superman never came by the way. My wife and I waited for an hour and 31 minutes for our mobile orders, only reason we stayed was because I couldn’t get a refund, guy at the front just started ignoring everyone and making bowls, which I understand you’re in the trenches of war right now there’s 20 people in line, but come on man let me get my $26 back. Dude in the back making chicken was pretty chill, looked like he was having an okay time.
