I think a couple of staff may have been in training because they had to stop another order to be reminded to prepare the sides for our quesadillas.

There were FIVE employees standing around, the place was completely dead, and somehow they still couldn’t make sour cream?? Not “we just ran out” — they literally just didn’t make it. How does that even happen at a restaurant whose entire job is assembling ingredients? We spent OVER $200 here and they were out of veggies too, which is already ridiculous, but the sour cream situation pushed it over the edge. If you’re not busy and fully staffed, there is absolutely no excuse for basic ingredients to be unavailable because nobody bothered to prep them. Nothing says “we don’t care” quite like watching employees stand around while customers pay premium prices for half a menu. This entire party is ours by the way.

I said it’s okay then gives me even problems when ordering saying “I’m only getting one scoop” and just side comments. I pay for my food idc how much I’m paying for 2 scoop give me what I ask for. Terrible service so not recommend this location.
