This is the third time this week I’m gonna have to change stores
- KBKimberley BMar 27, 20261.0Just had a pretty strange and terrible customer service experience here. Small, blond girl comes walking slowly out of the back door towards my car in the line. Seems like she wants folks to think she’s unhappy being there. I Haven’t been here before so I asked about a menu. This employee gives a fake tone of voice, “lemme get that for you,” then slowly walks several cars down towards the store to obtain a menu and then slowly walks back to my car. She says, “here ya go.” And then walks away and disappears back into the store building. Too weird and openly rude for my liking. So I left. Too bad.

They have more than just coffee to offer: shakes, smoothies, caffeine free sodas, energy drinks, lemonades. Coffee and shakes were good. It didn't quite live up to the hype IMO, but it wasn't gross by any means. They all had kind of a unique taste, which wasn't bad-- just wasn't something we were too sure about. Employees were very friendly. It's a drive thru with 2 lanes. I think there is a walk-up window area, but there isn't an indoor lobby area. Pretty neat set up. Someone came to our vehicle with a handheld to take our order, and there was another employee up ahead to hand out the order (similar to Chik-Fil-A's drive thru style). Took about 7 mins to get a medium frozen coffee and 2 small shakes, which wasn't bad at all. The total was about $20, so good prices. They were very busy so people obviously love this place!
