- SSSusie SingerJun 30, 20263.0Stopped in today a little after 1pm for a chiller. There was a small wait before my order was taken that's fine . The problem was the vehicle in front of me wasn't moving forward because the employee (guess she worked there) was hanging on their window talking. Heavy set girl reddish brown hair and just stood there. The poor girl running the drinks was squeezing between the counter and the girl talking. I received my drink waiting for vehicle to move two other people get their drinks still waiting while the other was still talking. The smaller girl kept squeezing between the larger girl and the counter to get people thier drinks while the bigger girl just standing and talking, holding up all the cars. I even beeped my horn just a little to no avail. I thought 7brew was a drive thru...

I love their coffee and all their themes, but unless I have 20 minutes to sit in line before someone chooses to take your order at the window. The ones in Louisville have much better service, speed and are just as friendly, if not more. It’s crazy that the McDonald’s next door is faster.
