She then raised her voice with me. And demanded that I give her a minute and then exclaimed jesus. I told the woman that it was not necessary to say that. Needless to say, I did not complete my order with Taco Bell that day.

Would have turned around but was trying to get my son to work. Was pretty disappointed bc my son only eats the regular beef tacos & was really hungry for all of them no one wanted the empanadas. Bad deal.

Just wanted to make some modifications to it and I told the lady just one second I said I apologize and then another lady gets on there says I am so sorry but I am now I have to remake the whole bowl being absolutely rude Because she put black beans on it and I asked for no black beans so I had to say it’s fine. Just keep the black beans on there.the customer is always right not being a Karen, But being a past Taco Bell worker management to be exact, you don’t treat customers like that. You wait until the customer is done with their order at the drive-through, especially if they were being nice and not cocky at all horrible customer service. I hope they all have a good day and to get their attitude checked cause I was being respectful and I didn’t have an attitude at all until they upset me because they pretty much told me I had to eat what they made, even though I asked for modifications an my order was not even correct Great job Jasper Taco Bell
