  Do not count on this store to fulfill your catering order. Placed a large order on Friday 5/22 for pickup on 5/24 for a wings party I was hosting. Called ahead at 1:30pm to assure my order would be ready for pickup as scheduled and the manager told me she didn’t know anything about it. She said she couldn’t help me because wings are first-come-first serve and they were running out because it was a busy day. She was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and at no point did she acknowledge the failure, much less apologize. I hung-up and called BW3 who gladly accepted my order and fulfilled it within an hour. Really disappointing all the way around.

  Wingstop was already good, but Camari who helped me made the experience even better. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Good customer service like that really stands out, and it made me want to come back again.💚
