  Tropical Smoothie Cafe and NAYA both gave great customer service experiences today. At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Andrea was absolutely fabulous professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. The Super Green Caesar Wrap was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. The Detox Island Green smoothie though… yeah 😅 it was a little too earthy for me, but I can appreciate the healthy effort. NAYA was also impressive. The manager personally brought my food to the table, which showed genuine hospitality and attention to customers. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fresh and flavorful. Small gestures and good customer service always stand out to me, especially working long EMS shifts. Definitely appreciate businesses that still care about the customer experience.

  I went to the location in greenwood and I sworr I wouldnt go to another. But here I am trying to find a suitable replacement for white castles smoothies. Which is going to be a difficult task. I went into the store in west side shoppes next to city barbecue about 10 minutes ago and I asked if they make their smoothies with frozen fruit or if they add fruit with ice to make their smoothies. I was told that they can do it either way. So i said i wanted no ice and only frozen fruit and yogurt. The image shown is exactly what I got. For some reason they dont fill their cups full. Why that is, I dont know. The fruit was actually not frozen. Its barely cold. The drink was almost $9.00 and is definitely not worth it. Its irritating that I got a nasty flavorless smoothie the first time and then the second time could have been redeeming. Incase anyone wants to know, the proper way to make a smoothie is with frozen fruit and yogurt. Not fruit, ice and yogurt. These companies use the ice so they can save money and not provide a quality beverage and still charge high prices. Save yourself the trip and the money. Please do not support this business. If you have never had a real smoothie... find a place thats willing to make a real smoothie for you and you will taste the difference immediately.
