- ALAdrianne Lankford2 days ago1.0I ordered, on 5/18/26 at 12:15pm, the Thai Chicken Salad with NO cilantro or scallions. I am allergic to them. When they gave my order I looked at it and there were cilantro and scallions on it. I took it up to the counter and repeated that I ordered NO cilantro and scallions. They took it back in the kitchen and picked off the cilantro and scallions, not make me a new one. When I got it back I could see scallions still on it. I grabbed the manager and told him what happened and he didn’t apologize or anything. I told him I’m allergic to those items and she just picked them off and served it back to me. Finally when they gave it back to the 3rd time it was correct. At that point I was emotionally done and barely ate half of it. I will NEVER eat at this location again!

I’ve given them too many opportunities to know how to greet customers but they don’t get it. “They” come into communities to make money off US and treat us like garbage! They don’t speak when you walk in they don’t speak when they come to the register and today was the final straw for me. I’m from the era where we treat customers like we appreciate them cause without customers there’s no business. I walked in and walked up to the counter and she just stared at me, I say hi and she said NOTHING! I said “ok” smh never again will they get my money. Place is clean that’s about it
