  I have visited RH on multiple occasions and recommend it all the time. The last time I visited was a year ago. I have never been disappointed until now. I had 2 guest with me. We had the mini lobster rolls, oysters, avocado carpaccio, truffle fries, lobster sandwich, steak frites, caesar salad, cheese board, and broccolini. First, the avocado with caviar was EXTREMELY salty. I've had this dish before and it was a half avocado grilled and the caviar was not salty. The sea salt was too heavy. My guest had the steak and she ordered medium. It came out medium and was it too was so salty that she had to send the dish back. A new plate arrived, but we suspect that the same steak was recooked as the medium went to well done with no pink. Both the steak and broccolini were both still too salty. My 3rd guest tasted the broccolini and immediately spit it out. The staff was very accommodating and took the steak off and sub-charged the avocado. I ate my salad which was my main dish. I noticed a different taste (wasn't nasty, but wasn't good either) with the caesar dressing that I also order on the side. Again, I've had the RH caesar salad on numerous occasions and usually clean my plate. This time I didn't finish it. The taste was off, but I did not complain about it. Enough happened in addition to the false fire alarm that went off while we were dining. We arrived at 11:45am and finished dining around 2pm. We went on to enjoy the grounds. Approximately around 6pm I could feel my body speaking to me about how what I ate was coming back to say hello. By 7pm I was hugging the porcelain god. I believe the caesar dressing was spoiled. This was the only dish not shared by guests and my other guests did not get sick. I know this is long, but I'm urging management to review what's happening in the kitchen. Clearly the menu has changed, but the quality control (daily tasting of dishes) is not occurring. Also, please check the date of the caesar dressing ingredients for expiration dates and proper cooling storage. Like I said, I have never had a bad experience at RH and the food was always on point. Today...NOT AT ALL. This moment will honestly keep me away for awhile.

  We had reservations at 8:30pm. They seated us right away. We ordered a starter the 1/2 oysters, they were great! Small in size compared to some oysters but great nonetheless. We then ordered wine, very nice pour a great selection. We ordered our mains, the honey glazed salmon and the Chilean sea bass...this is where the night took a small turn. My husband and I were enjoying each other's conversation but at this point it was about 9:30ish and we realized we hadn't received our food yet, a few moments later our waitress brought us over fries bc the kitchen was behind. We ate the fries, ordered more wine and kept talking. The fries were finished and still no food, waited maybe 10 more minutes or so then our food was brought out to us. My husband's seabass was overcooked but he ate it bc we had waited so long. The portions were decent, we also had ordered asparagus but they brought us out both potato puree so we had to wait a few moments for the asparagus to come out. The wait staff was extremely apologetic and kind. They ended up comping us for the bass and complimentary dessert. All in all the experience was very nice, just disappointing in how long it took to receive our dinner.

  My parents and sister surprised me with a nice dinner and stroll around the grounds. I had the grilled veggie and shrimp salad - which was perfectly delicious! And don’t miss the raspberry sorbet for dessert.

  This place is great for a special occasion at least once. Definitely pricey, but the food is good with nice sized portions that actually fill you up and the atmosphere is beautiful with wonderfully upkept scenery. It's just a bit slow when it gets busier, but it really wasn't bad. I ended up paying about 600 for two people after tip, but I already looked up the prices and knew just my initial choices would be near 250 beforehand. It's worth it to be able to say eat whatever you want for your loved one's birthday. The grounds are also beautiful to walk around and take in all of the art and landscaping inside and out before you eat. I can't relate to the negative reviews! Maybe they went on a bad day or wanted those fine dining "experiments" with only one bite of foam food in a plain dark room for the same price 💀😂 I don't think I would go again because there are too many AMAZING food spots for fractions of the costs, but I have ZERO regrets trying this place out for a special birthday dinner & to contribute a little to maintaining this beautiful place.

  We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our waitress, Annalia, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, funny, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel right at home and truly elevated our dining experience with her outstanding service. The food was exceptional. I started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh, light, and full of flavor—the perfect way to begin the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the steak frites cooked medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection exactly as requested. The steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the fries were crispy, seasoned perfectly, and absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the lobster roll and couldn’t stop talking about how incredible it was. Every dish that came to our table exceeded our expectations. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is something special. The store itself is breathtaking, with beautiful décor, soaring high ceilings, and unique art pieces everywhere you look. Walking through it feels like stepping into a fairy tale, with charming details around every corner. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy an amazing meal and then spend time exploring all the beautiful displays. Overall, this was an outstanding experience with excellent food, exceptional service, and a truly magical atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
