  Ordered a Supreme Box (1230pm), walked a half hour in the rain, realized I was missing the steak chalupa (the main item lmao), had events & also there was a tornado until like 730pm, went back and was told that even though I had a receipt, they "couldn't do anything because I waited so long," and that I "should have called." So my order item was not replaced, no refund was even suggested, nothing. They did not have ice one day nor did they have CO2 the other day, and they don't keep their drink machines on anyway. They wouldn't even fill cups with water from their (working) drink machine, you could only buy bottles. Janitor geniunely raised husband voice at me for stepping on a mopped area, not out of concern of me slipping but rudely because he had just mopped it. Music is turned to max and you can't hear anything, not even in an overestimulated-easily way, it was so loud you could barely talk to the people with you, like night club levels at maybe noon-ish. Bald guy filling drinks was cool tho.

  Listen, I know it's late and you're desperate and want something, you don't think you have other options. It's not worth it, its worse than regular taco bell. Find something else.

  In terms of Taco bells this is the busiest I've ever seen besides Vegas. Though its disorganized they get it done, and my food was hot. I did a mobile order. Idk if its much faster than the kiosk, but at least you don't have to wait on the crazy kiosk side.

  I’ve eaten here a few times, but every time I do the employees are never friendly or inviting. The food is usually pretty bland and poorly presented. But sometimes I just need a cheap snack before or after work, and now I know for sure that I’ll need to find someplace else to grab a bite to eat. The last time I came by, I ordered two chicken quesadillas on a kiosk and waited almost ten minutes for them. Considering that it looked like I was maybe the only person waiting on my food, I was surprised that it was taking quite a while. I left with my food and walked to work where I ate them in the break room before clocking in for the day. Literally within 20 minutes, I started feeling so nauseous that I genuinely thought I was going to throw up. I spent most of the first hour of my shift with my head down on a table, gagging and burping while trying to eat tums and drink water to calm my stomach. My bowel movements severely suffered for the rest of my shift and the next day. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson to stop eating here for good.
