Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.

For the location it was pretty good. Only a couple employees were in there during lunch hours and they were making it happen

I know fast food isn’t exactly a high bar these days, but this Taco Bell managed to limbo underneath it.
My order took a long time to come out, and when it finally did, it was wrong and missing items. I went back to the counter to get what had been left out and was then completely ignored by the employees while I stood there trying to get someone’s attention.
I’m pretty forgiving about mistakes. Things get busy, orders get messed up, it happens. But making a customer wait forever, getting the order wrong, and then ignoring them when they’re trying to get it fixed is exceptionally bad service.
Fast food in general has gotten pretty rough, but this location stood out for all the wrong reasons.

LAZY chick at the window threatened to actually throw our order away because she couldn’t be bothered to let us use tap to pay. When we tried to use another card she acted exasperated. If you hate your job that much get another job. She’s definitely been problematic before. It’s Taco Bell, we’re not stressing but her attitude was just awful.

New location. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Food was worse than other locations. Pass if you don't want to be disappointed in the consistent taco bell favorites. The staff at the drive through seems to go out of their way to do less, help less, they're annoyed by anyone coming to give business. This is my second visit, thought first was a one off. Nope. Little better than last visit when the lady told me what I ordered when I asked kindly for the diet, as ordered at the mic. Won't be back.

Whoever the manager was on Sunday night(10pm), July 5th—you are absolutely incompetent.
I rarely leave complaints, but this was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The cashier was new and in training, and he let me order something they no longer carried. It was an avocado wrap made with chicken strips, which is completely fine—mistakes happen. I said, “No problem, can I just get regular chicken in the avocado wrap instead?” She told me that would “mess up her inventory.” Excuse me… what?
So I asked if I could get something of equal or lesser value instead. Nope—that would “mess up her inventory” too.
Then I said, “Okay, just take it off my order then.” Her response? “I can’t, but I’ll take your number and ask my manager.”
What kind of large franchise operates like this?
After sitting there for 11 minutes, instead of simply taking my number at the window, she wanted me to pull around, making me wait even longer and putting me in an uncomfortable position. She was rude, condescending, and completely incapable of solving the simplest problem. I’m now out $7 because of her inability to do her job.
If this is how your managers are trained to handle basic customer service, that’s embarrassing. I’ll be leaving feedback anywhere I can because whoever her boss is needs to know just how poorly this situation was handled. And how much she really didn’t care at all about customer. Which I’ve worked in food service and I don’t think the customers are always right but this was absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t worry, though—she’ll make sure your inventory is perfect while customers are paying for food they never receive. :)
I will never return to this location.
