  Me and friend stop here on our way home from prom. We came inside and order our food, while we were in there a strange man came out of the bathroom and stood there staring at us. He eventually walked outside and waiting for us out there, he kept telling us to come to him. We waited for a few inside before we asked one of the employees to walk us out. This sweet young man (I didn’t catch his name) said he saw him and he would he walked us out and waited for us to get in our car and pull out of the parking lot before going back inside. Thank you to that employee because without him walking us out who knows what could have happened to us.

  I strongly advise against visiting this fast food establishment. There’s a place about 2.8 miles away, roughly a 6-minute drive, that operates more efficiently. Here’s the address: 8080 E US Hwy 36, Avon IN 46123. The staff, particularly one of the managers at 9120 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46234, was quite unfriendly and tends to close early. They do not adhere to Tacobell policies. The food service is subpar; I have read numerous reviews regarding the food and service at this establishment. As a food critic who reviews local areas across the USA, I believe action needs to be taken regarding the staff. My experience at this location was captured on dashcam, providing evidence of how they treat customers.

  Placed order online and went to the wrong taco bell. Got to this one 20minutes later. Was greeted with an unfriendly attitude that made me feel unwanted as a guest then left to sit at the window waiting for maybe 2 minutes before being told to pull around and wait at the front door. Doritos taco was put in bag upside down where ingredients were falling out of it over the other food items.Rediculous.
