  Looks like in the last couple weeks it's taken a turn for the worst. Used to have great crew at night, now the night crew is completely inconsistent, slow, and they constantly get orders wrong. I guess in that way, there is some consistency! They also can't tell the difference between regular soda and diet soda. I tasted that corn syrup mess on my tongue on the way home and dumped the liquid out the window

  The past couple times I've gone to taco bell it's a been terrible experience. Missing items, long wait time, and inconsiderate staff being rude and having a "I don't care attitude" This evening I pulled up and was waiting behind someone at the order board for over 20 minutes then when I get to the order board they don't greet me and when I ask if everything is okay they say "just a second" I then sit and wait for 10 more minutes. I asked if they were good because not a single car was moving and then said " yeah we are just a second" at that point I knew I would be in line another 30 minutes so I left. I know not many places are open overnight, but this was just ridiculous. Not sure if there was a PIC there, but the team there is not running a good shift the past few times I've been there. I don't even want to go to taco bell anymore at this point because it seems management lacks in training people at all locations. The least they could have done is properly communicate to the customer they have stuck in line.

  Pulled up at the drive through and I was warned it would be about 5 mins before they could get to me I said that’s fine! Ten minutes to bye I said hello she said it’ll be a few still I said well I got a line behind me I don’t want to hold people up and she rudely tells me “we got a bunch of door dashes” Coool. I used to door dash, pretty sure half the time late night they don’t start making it until you check in with your code. Didn’t realize that meant let customers sit in a drive through for 10+ mins waiting to even order. *edit to add when I asked the girl working how much longer it would be she rolled her eyes at me and then went and talked to a coworker and came back and told me 15 more minutes. Which would’ve had me there for an hour. And at that point I was standing in the store.

  This is the best Taco Bell you will ever go to! The staff is phenomenal. I’ve seen employees come and go and no matter what they’re consistently so kind and they take care of you. Elizabeth is the kindest soul! (I believe that’s her name) Hats off to the Glendale T-Bell!

  I placed my online order at 3:36am and didn’t get my food until 4:39am. I called twice while in the drive thru, once at 3:53am and then again at 4:32am. At 3:53 i was told that a lot of DoorDash orders had came in and they were trying to get caught up, I put on a show and then when I realized how long it had been that’s when I called again at 4:32. I told them over the phone that I had been waiting for an hour and that’s when they started to move with more urgency. When I got to the window he asked me for my order again I’m assuming bc it went away and then a lady came up and tried to charge the full amount and I told her I had already paid for it because it was a mobile order. I was using a $10 off coupon that was put on my account from a previous issue I had with them putting creamy jalapeño on my quesadilla when I specifically asked it to be removed. So now this is 2 issues back to back that I’ve had at this location. It’s convenient for me because it’s 24hrs and I live around the corner. I hope this issue gets resolved so that it doesn’t happen to anybody else.
